Kenya Advances Affordable Housing Procurement and Construction Opportunities

Kenya's State Department for Housing continued its affordable-housing procurement programme during the reporting period, with building-works framework agreements for the 2026–2029 period remaining part of its active tender programme. An addendum published in October extended the closing date for related procurement submissions to 9 November 2026. No consolidated contract award value for the framework agreements was disclosed.
