Kenya Accelerates Infrastructure Financing and Renewable Energy Investment
Kenya's National Infrastructure Fund is beginning to deploy its KSh 340 billion seed capital to support infrastructure development, with investment priorities spanning energy, transport, ICT, agriculture and water. On 7 October 2026, Reuters reported that the fund had started buying domestic government bonds as part of its deployment strategy, with additional private investment expected to support future projects.
Infrastructure developers require detailed feasibility analysis, project monitoring and capital-allocation tools to manage large-scale programmes. HPC supports infrastructure and energy companies with project modelling, regulatory tracking and risk analysis for a professional service fee of $850,000.
